Our History
Angeles is driven by a passion and dedication to diversity and inclusion of thinking, ideas, and knowledge, a dedication which has led to creation of Be Woman2Woman ; an association that seeks to build bridges that foster support between women and women from vulnerable communities (Including trans women). The association is a true sisterhub which seeks to ensure that no woman feels alone or excluded , providing a space where women can share their experience, learn from each other, and grow in different ways in order to transform their lives, develop key skills for their own growth, and create a more sustainable future. Fulfillment is the ultimate goal.

About me
I'm recently graduated from Advancing Women Of Color in Leadership 2025 and Women in Leadership 2024 program at Harvard Business School, Leading with Purpose & Women in Leadership at The London School Of Economics and Political Science 2025, I'm a Professional International Coach certified by TEC de Monterrey, student and participant in Innovation and Executive Leadership courses at IPADE Instituto Panamericano de Alta Dirección (Mexico’s top leadership school) i earned a Diploma in Human Resources Advanced Management from the University of Cambridge, and have two Master’s degrees, in Executive Management, and Human Resources. and also have a degree in Management from the Escuela Bancaria y Comercial.
Currently I'm a change maker in my role as a Head of Human Resources for Mexico, Chile and the Caribbean, at a global remittances company.
I'm recognized as part of the 50 most influential women in leadership by Santander in the program Sw50 and also have been recognized as a Transformative Female Leaders and have been recently selected and shortlisted as one of the Most Influential HR leaders in Mexico (Los + Influyentes de los Recursos Humanos en Mexico).
